Recreational Gymnastics, Trampoline and GymPacT Classes held in the sports hall and parents can watch from the cafe area.
They have asymmetric bars, air track, floor area, parallel bars, vaults and trampolines,

A mixture of 3 disciplines: Gymnastics, Trampoline and Parkour.
Learning tricks, jumping and travelling skills, routines, synchronisation and of course developing fitness.
