Membership fees and bookings are non refundable. In the event there is an emergency closure you will be informed via email but the class fee will not be refunded.

All classes must be paid for when booking the class. If after 48 hours the booking has not been paid for then the booking will be cancelled, you will be able to rebook the place if there is a space.

You must have read and agreed to the AGTC policies and procedures on the Infozone page of the website. Please ensure you have read the booking information which can be found on any of the pages for gymnastics, trampoline, playgym, Parkour and GymPacT.

On occasion we may wish to take photos for promotional opportunities, if you do not wish us to use photos of you child please send an email in this regard, stating you do not wish us to use any photos. We will use Ipads to digitally record your child's technique and use it for coaching purposes. By saying no to photos we will not store these recordings they will be deleted at the end of the session
